The exterior of the villa has a garden on 4 sides equipped with lounges and sofas where you can enjoy a well-deserved relaxation even without moving from home.
The rusticity of the outdoor furniture of the lounges will recall the true nature and essence of the island, also equipped with night lighting ,cushions and seating.
Inside the house you will find a dining room and a large and bright
living room with a large and comfortable sofa, satellite SmartTV and Wi-fi.
From the living room you have direct access to the inner garden where you can enjoy a private space not visible from the entrance of the property.
On the ground floor there is a spacious and eat-in kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator,
freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as being fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.
There is a window that directly overlooks the interior garden.
On the second floor you will find the sleeping area, 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which has a private bathroom with toilet and shower. This room has a small balcony overlooking the main entrance of the villa.
The second room , also equipped with a king-size double bed, enjoys a balcony overlooking the inner garden ,communicating with the third room , it instead containing 2 single beds adaptable to the different needs of families, groups or couples.
We conclude the second floor with a bathroom equipped with spacious and comfortable shower , bidet and toilet.
On the second and last floor, accessible by internal staircase ,we find a spacious terrace with views of the islands of Lanzarote and Lobos, the natural park of Corralejo and the great playa, popular destinations for tourists from all over the world.
Finally, inside the villa's enclosure is an automatic gate and private parking, with the possibility also to park outside the gate in the case of multiple cars.
The Mirador de Las Dunas complex also offers a large residential swimming pool that is uncrowded and functional for adults and children alike.
Easily reached on foot from inside the complex, it can be accessed through a magnetic card issued at check-in.
